Fiegen Construction successfully completed a roughly 30,000 square foot Butler Pre-Engineered Metal Building Warehouse in Sioux Falls, SD. This warehouse is an addition to an existing CMU structure to expand the warehousing capabilities by 2x.
Connecting the two different building types was a challenge that Fiegen took on as a Design-Builder with details at the parapet to allow for movement and still keep the buildings water-tight. This project was built on a tight schedule of 7 months, requiring good communication and thorough planning from start to finish.
