Serving as Construction Manager, Fiegen completed this multi-phase renovation at Sanford Oxbow in just seven months. All work was performed during nights and weekends to keep the facility fully operational. The project included transforming an existing wellness gym into offices and treatment rooms, a remodeled 2,500-square-foot physical therapy gym, a new cardiac and pulmonary rehab space, and an updated reception and waiting area.
