Healthcare in Harrisburg
A new landmark building in the booming city of Harrisburg, SD. Fiegen Construction completed a 20,000 square foot clinic and pharmacy building for Sanford Health and Lewis Drug. The facility included 16,000 square feet of clinic space (exam and procedure rooms, family medicine, labs, radiology) and 4,000 square feet of pharmacy and household goods. This was a healthcare-driven space throughout.
Starting in the middle of a pandemic, Fiegen completed this project 2 months ahead of schedule. Securing all building materials and coordinating with building trades was key to opening the facility early. With a great team of leaders and quality subcontractors and suppliers, this project was a success from the very beginning.
