A strong relationship in Vermillion, SD led to the successful completion of a new retail facility for Runnings. Leveraging Fiegen Construction’s Design/Build expertise, our team delivered the fast-paced project on an accelerated timeline. We worked closely with the city to streamline road development, occupancy, and other key milestones to meet the client’s needs.
The building features a Butler Pre-Engineered Metal structure with custom exterior finishes. Mechanical and electrical systems were also delivered through design/build to stay on schedule. In addition to the retail floor, the space includes restrooms, a break room, offices, and storage with loading docks.
