UNIVERSITY OF SD - WAGNER ALUMNI CENTER

This $1.3 million design-build project transformed the Wagner Alumni Center with a full interior renovation and exterior upgrades. Improvements included new finishes, LED lighting, and ductwork. The Great Room was opened up to feature a striking focal wall.

Exterior enhancements included jasper stone columns and wainscoting for a cohesive campus look, a backlit glazing system for a dramatic effect, and a new storefront glazing. Completed on time and within budget, the project was ready for its debut at USD’s Dakota Days.
