Phased Construction Management Project

The Country Club of Sioux Falls provides top-rated amenities for members and guests. This phased project included a golf pro shop, locker rooms, a golf simulator, fitness center, swimming pools, formal ballroom, casual pub and dining room and conference rooms. The award-winning, expansive kitchen provides an excellent experience for guests and members.

The success and timeliness of our new clubhouse were a direct result of the coordination and cooperation of Aldon and Trent and the entire Fiegen team throughout the project. The job proceeded with minimal disruption to club life and continuous cordiality between our staff and construction personnel.
