Healthcare Partnership through Design-Build
For the past 10+ years Fiegen Construction has been apart of many amazing projects at the Sioux Falls Specialty Hospital. Building additions, OR and Locker Room remodels, entire floor updates, and general upkeep to name some of the work completed.
As the Construction Manager for the first 44,000-square-foot expansion and remodel project in 2009, Fiegen demonstrated our extensive experience and innovative resources on this complex hospital project. We worked closely with the design team and Owner to develop a phasing plan that allowed the hospital to maintain full use of their facility for the duration of the project without any disruption to their daily operations.
Since then, Fiegen has transformed their spaces little by little to keep up with the ever-changing times. What started as a Request for Proposals, acting as a Construction Manager, has quickly turned into a thriving Design-Build relationship.
