The O’Gorman High School addition and Performing Arts buildings were skillfully planned and constructed over a multi-phased time period. FCC worked with the school and design team to create temporary corridors to ensure students could park and travel safely from one construction phase to another without interruption to classes. The Performing Arts phase provides seating for 1,000 and has special lighting, rigging, and outstanding acoustical elements that rival most collegiate facilities.
Since the time of this monumental project, Fiegen has worked on more than a dozen others, including weightroom and gymnasium upgrades, locker room renovations, and continued maintenance work. The ongoing relationship between O'Gorman and Fiegen Construction shows the strength in its long-standing teamed efforts.
Fiegen Construction's personal and professional commitment was obvious. Extra consideration was given to student/staff safety and minimizing noise when school was in session. They created a positive, responsive, collaborative working environment throughout the multi-year endeavor. Fiegen never missed an opportunity to look for a potential cost savings making it possible to deliver not only an outstanding final product but at a competitive price and on time.
