OUR REPUTATION.
We were hired as the CMc (Construction Manager as a Constructor) during the early stages of the design process for this 121,000-square-foot office project. With this process, we were able to assist the owner and design team with design decisions to keep the project on budget. Construction was completed two months ahead of schedule allowing the owner to occupy the new facility early.
