Construction Management - New Church Building
Fiegen Construction was hired as the CM for this 80,000-square-foot multi-purpose church which included a large sanctuary, chapel, library, classrooms, gymnasium, office areas, kitchen and fellowship areas. We worked closely with the design team and Owner with budget and cost analysis to align with each phase of work to allow the project to be completed on time and within budget. We continue to work with Gloria Dei today as we've developed an outstanding working relationship with the church.
