PREMIER Design-Build Bank

Fiegen Construction designed and built a new 3,500 square foot branch bank in Madison, South Dakota for First Premier Bank. This project served as a precedent for future branch bank design in terms of aesthetics and contemporary building material use. Stepping into a new market such as Madison, First Premier sought a design that looked modern and sleek but wouldn't overpower the existing small-town feel.

Featured in this Design-Build project was a 360 degree natural light clerestory highlighting the lobby and teller reception desk. Floor to ceiling windows in each office as well as a storefront "cafe" inside the main entry also allow for lots of natural light giving this smaller space an open feeling.
