Fiegen delivered a retirement center addition, expanding the facility with two new neighborhoods featuring 74 private rooms, six hospice rooms, and a vibrant Main Street with community spaces, a salon, a theater, and offices. The multi-phase project was carefully managed to keep the existing facility fully operational and accessible throughout construction, while maximizing the use of local trade partners.
