Flagship Construction Management Project
Fiegen Construction was selected to be the Construction Manager on a state-of-the-art athletic Fieldhouse for Mount Marty University, a small college transitioning into a contending University in Yankton, South Dakota. When the school announced the change from college to University, along with adding a new football program, they put their trust in Fiegen Construction to get them where they intend to go with new facilities suitable for a school with that kind of ambition.
The $15 million, 100,000 square foot fieldhouse, promises to be a showpiece on the MMU campus as well as a hotbed of activity for community and collegiate events. The facility will offer a host of elements including a 74,000 square foot Butler Pre-Engineered Metal Building event space with a 200-meter, eight-lane track as well as a 7,500 square foot weight training and fitness facility which will be open to both the MMU and Yankton community members through proposed partnerships.
