Fiegen Construction is managing the renovation of First PREMIER Bank at the corner of 69th & Minnesota. The project is being completed in two phases, with both the drive-thru and lobby remaining fully operational throughout construction. To avoid disrupting day-to-day operations, our team is working nights and weekends to allow for a seamless and strategic turnover—keeping business moving while the space is transformed.
