Design/Build Addition & Refresh
Fiegen Construction was very familiar with the facility located on 5100 S. Cliff Avenue in Sioux Falls, SD for Falls Dental Centre. Having worked there multiple times in the past, this project may have been the most significant. Adding roughly 3,500 square feet of building (nearly doubling), as well as giving the old "Runza" restaurant a complete exterior facelift, Fiegen took pride in the continuous work with Falls Dental. Their relationship with the client, working through each and every little detail in the design-build process was one of fluency. It takes a team to be able to complete such a project as this.
Starting with added square footage, a new street-facing facade bump-out provided overflow lobby seating for the clinic, while the other end of the existing facility provided 8 new operatory rooms, new office area including restrooms and showers, as well as updated and more efficient lab and tray prep spaces. Once completed, Fiegen then lightly renovated the existing spaces in a way that blend the old with the new seamlessly - all the while working amongst the staff and patients. Proper coordination and communication made this project as successful as it was.
