New Look Design/Build Embroidery Shop
There is a new project in Yankton, South Dakota that everyone is talking about - House of Brands. Fiegen Construction successfully completed the roughly 18,000 sqft design/build project. The scope included a 14,000 sqft Pre-Engineered Metal Building for embroidery, shipping & receiving, screen room, restrooms, and break room space. Along with these spaces, roughly 4,000 sqft of office space including conference rooms, reception, mezzanine, and outdoor rooftop patio.
This unique looking building featured high-end finishes throughout to give it an elegant look for a client that focuses on the details in their own work. The design/build process allowed for extra time in selecting these finishes while still getting long-lead items ordered and started on construction. This fluid sequencing could not have been done any better way - satisfying all parties in a way that created an open, transparent process.
