Pre-Design
This is where we make sure we’re all on the same page before moving forward with design. We’ll confirm your goals, your expectations and establish key parameters that will guide the design.
Pre-Construction and Estimating
This phase is all about prep work. Confirming costs and trade partners. Scheduling. Making sure our designs align with construction feasibility. Everything we need to do to ensure a smooth project launch and break ground on your new build.
Closeout
This is where we tie up all the loose ends. We will conduct training sessions on your building systems, deliver all operation and maintenance manuals, organize any excess materials and capture professional photography of the finished space. We’ll also make sure to meet with you to address any final questions and ensure you have everything you need to move forward.
Discovery (In Progress)
This is where we get to know you and your project. We’ll ask questions, listen to your vision and gather everything we need to understand what success looks like for you.
Design
This is where we translate your strategic goals and constraints into a buildable solution. Through our iterative process, our team will refine the layout, materials, systems and specifications of your build to prepare for permitting, pricing and construction.
Construction
This is where things start to come to life. Our team will be physically on-site building your project, hitting milestones and keeping you updated along the way. That way we can meet our goals of delivering a finished product on time, on budget and fit to your vision.
Post Occupancy
Our work doesn’t stop when you move in. We’ll conduct an occasional check in after you’ve had some time to use your space to make sure everything is working as it should. If any issues come up and adjustments need to be made, we’re here to help address them.
Main Point of Contact
Matt graduated from Minnesota State Mankato with a degree in Construction Management. Known for his strong work ethic, he’s committed to seeing every project through with quality and care.
Fun Fact: Matt has a dachshund named Toby.

Calvin brings strong field leadership and hands-on experience to every project he oversees, ensuring quality work and efficient progress on site.
Fun Fact: Calvin and his wife, Kaylee, have five beautiful children—one boy and four girls—and spend nearly every weekend camping through spring, summer, and fall.
Lucas Fiegen
President
A graduate of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln with a master's in architecture, Lucas is a licensed architect whose leadership and commitment to excellence guide the company’s continued growth.
Fun Fact: He loves Formula 1 racing.
