OUR REPUTATION.
KSFY-TV partnered with Fiegen Construction and Koch Hazard Architects to renovate two floors of the Courthouse Square building in downtown Sioux Falls. The design-build project included a state-of-the-art studio, newsroom with a glass feature wall, production facilities, offices, and support spaces.
One of the biggest challenges was designing and constructing an off-site satellite farm to support the station’s new location. The first floor houses the studio, newsroom, and production spaces, while the second floor includes the sales department and executive offices.
