### OUR REPUTATION.

When it comes to Class-A tenant space in Sioux Falls, this is one of the best. Located near 85th and Minnesota in the new Garden Village development, this office building is home to insurance and banking tenants, with striking ribbon glazing, high-end finishes, and a show-stopping entry.

As one of Fiegen’s early development efforts, the design-build approach ensured a smooth process—from site design and tenant layouts to lease agreements. This project sets the tone for future top-tier developments in Sioux Falls.
