Fiegen completed this second-floor buildout in the Cherapa 2 building using a design-build approach. The space features a modern industrial look with exposed ceilings and cloud systems that support an open office layout. It includes an advanced hydronic chilled beam system for improved efficiency, along with 24 cubicles, 16 offices, a large reception and waiting area, a breakroom, two conference rooms, a collaboration room, and dedicated IT and electrical spaces.
