Banking Transformation

Fiegen Construction successfully transformed, inside and out, the building at 14th Street and Minnesota Avenue for First International Bank & Trust. While the existing use was already a banking facility, this remodel project included demolition of every space except the vault. New layout, new finishes, and an upscale look was brought to this building in an elegant way. Every inch of the 18,500 square foot bank was remodeled from an iconic location in Sioux Falls, SD.

With so many different materials used, along with prefabricated workstations and walls, this complicated remodel was handled with great care as the client requested a full transformation into a new identity for the building. Working closely with the design team and owner, Fiegen reconstructed a challenging building into what will be one of the finest banking facilities in town.
