Spring is on the horizon, and this year, it’s arriving with a full calendar and a renewed sense of momentum. Compared to previous years, we’re seeing an even busier start to the construction season—and we’re ready for it.
In January, we kicked things off with our annual Fiegen “What We’re Building” Rally, bringing together employees and their significant others to celebrate the past year and set the tone for what’s ahead. It was a time to reflect, reconnect, and recognize the strides we’ve made—not just in our projects, but in how we approach them.
That shift in approach is no accident. Over the last year, our team has leaned into the initiatives outlined in our strategic plan, and the results are beginning to speak for themselves. From early coordination to proactive communication and a sharper focus on budget alignment, we’re seeing meaningful progress that benefits our clients, trade partners, and team alike.
