Building Community Through Changing Seasons
As fall settles in, we find ourselves entering a season of renewed focus and energy. The return of students to classrooms signals a time of fresh beginnings, and just as school marks the start of a new chapter, we continue our work on projects that aim to serve and uplift our communities.
Breaking Ground and Nearing Completion
This fall, we’re excited to be working on projects that embody the spirit of community, with some entering their final stages and others just beginning to take shape.
- Good Samaritan Society – Founder’s Crossing: We’re excited to have recently broken ground on the Good Samaritan Society - Founder’s Crossing, senior community. This project marks the beginning of a significant effort to provide care and support for seniors, helping to meet the growing demand for senior living and offering a safe, welcoming environment where they can thrive. Work will officially begin in the spring of 2025.
- Mapleton Golf Club: Construction is underway on three buildings— the clubhouse, maintenance facility, and a structure for golf cart storage. Once completed, the club will offer a premier golf experience along with private dining and social spaces, providing a refined setting for members to relax, golf, and socialize.
- Sanford Health Virtual Care Center: Nearing completion, this cutting-edge facility will transform healthcare for rural America by serving as a central resource for virtual clinics. Offering urgent care, behavioral health, and primary care through telemedicine, the center will also focus on innovation and training the next generation of healthcare professionals, making high-quality care more accessible to underserved communities.
- Saint Joseph Cathedral Rectory: Currently in the final stages, the renovation of the Cathedral rectory includes historic restoration of the structure originally built in 1925. This vital update will preserve the rectory’s historical charm while upgrading the living and working spaces, ensuring it remains a key part of the community for years to come.
Looking Ahead
As we continue to wrap up key projects, and break ground on new ones, we’re reminded that every season brings fresh opportunities to make a lasting impact in the communities we serve. From providing healthcare solutions to creating spaces where people can gather and connect, our team remains dedicated to building environments that matter.
Wishing everyone a productive and fulfilling fall season!
